Our content, methods and know-how are protected. So is everyone else’s. This notice sets out what each of us may do with the other’s material.
Verdan Forge Solution creates and holds the material that makes up this website and our service materials. This includes, without limitation:
This material may be protected by copyright, trade mark, confidential-information, trade-secret, design or other applicable legal rights, whether or not registered, and whether or not a notice appears on the material.
On registration claims: we do not claim that any particular item is registered as a trade mark, patent, registered design or other registered right unless we state so expressly. Where we do state that a right is registered, that statement is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
AI-assisted material. Some graphics, images and other material on this website are generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence. Where that is the case, we claim only the rights that applicable law grants us as the party that directed and curated the work, and we do not assert authorship of any element that applicable law treats as lacking a human author. Third-party rights in any underlying material are unaffected.
Confidential methods and substantiation. Our diagnostic methods, system designs, prototypes and the underlying records supporting our published figures are confidential know-how. We do not publish them, and we do not supply them to non-clients. Holding them privately does not mean they do not exist: where a client, a prospective client under an appropriate confidentiality agreement, or a regulator is entitled to substantiation, we provide it through that confidential channel.
“Verdan Forge” and “VForge” are trading names used by Verdan Forge Solution in the course of its business, together with the names of the individual VForge products. You may refer to us by these names accurately and factually (for example, in a genuine reference to a service we provided), but not in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership that does not exist.
All rights not expressly granted in this notice are reserved. We have not granted any licence for commercial reproduction of our material, nor for its use in training or developing machine-learning or other automated systems. If you would like to use our material in a way this notice does not allow, please contact us at consult@verdanforge.com.my and we will consider it.
Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict any use, or any right or remedy, that applicable law does not allow to be restricted or excluded.
This website and our materials may refer to or include third-party names, trade marks, logos, software, libraries, data and other materials. Those remain the property of their respective owners, and we use them only where we have permission, a licence, or a lawful basis to do so.
We identify a client by name or logo only where that client has given us written permission to do so, and that permission may be withdrawn. Client names, logos and trade marks remain the property of the client concerned. A client’s appearance on our website does not imply that the client endorses any other product, service or statement.
If you believe that material on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact consult@verdanforge.com.my with enough detail for us to identify the material and your rights. We will review the matter in good faith and, where appropriate, remove or replace the material promptly. This includes imagery created or edited using artificial intelligence tools, which we will remove or replace on request.
